ADVANTAGE OFFICE PRODUCT • RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure you receive your order timely and in perfect condition. However, if you receive your merchandise damaged or you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please contact Advantage Office Products and we'll make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. If an item needs to be returned or replaced, we'll setup and explain the entire process. 

 

 

 Customer must request a Return Authorization.

 

 100% Refund only if merchandise is in orignial packaging and is in resaleable condition.

 

 Customer Error Merchandise must be returned within 30 Days from Date of Invoice.

 

 Defective Merchandise must be returned within 30 Days from Date of Invoice.

 

 Concealed Damage or Concealed Warehouse Error Merchandise must be returned within 10 Days from Date of Invoice.

 

 Visable Damage or Visable Warehouse Error Merchandise must be returned within 5 Days from Date of Invoice.
